Talent Management Coordinator

The Talent Management Coordinator is a member of the Talent Management team within HR and acts as a resource for Packers Plus’ Talent Management processes including Learning and Development, Performance Management and Recruitment. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of all Talent Management initiatives. Reports to the HR Manager, Global Talent Management.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the HR Manager for the affected client group, support staffing activities when necessary to include recruitment, selection, interviewing, and hiring of employees
  • Under the direction of the manager, coordinate activities designed to promote and maintain a high level of employee engagement and morale
  • Act as liaison with employment agencies, temporary agencies to ensure timely staffing of approved positions
  • Actively participate in the enhancement of our employer brand by leveraging social media to increase Packers Plus’ presence in social media (i.e., Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
  • Help create and coordinate hiring calendar, outreach, and college recruiting program
  • Research and prepare for any training initiatives to include but not limited to venue selection, travel arrangements, and general coordination and preparation of details related to the training
  • Tracking and capture of all training within an internal database
  • Monthly reporting and trend analysis on multiple Talent Management initiatives (training, recruitment, employer branding, etc.)
  • Working with the necessary people, address and correct all issues related to the performance management system
  • Coordinate and communicate newly developed procedures related to Talent Management


  • 2 + years in HR with a focus on Recruitment and/or Training and Development
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) with advanced knowledge of excel
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in Human Resources preferred
  • Ability to work well with intermittent supervision

  • Compliance with Packers Plus Health and Safety Program
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working with a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse in an open work environment
  • Subject to pre-employment, post-incident, random and reasonable cause Drug & Alcohol testing
